We continue with our look at the Jack the Ripper murders with a recap of the previous instalments.
Throughout this autumn, to mark the 125th anniversary of the murders, we are screening our Jack the Ripper documentary that takes you step by step through the events of 1888 when the World’s most infamous killing spree occurred in the streets of the East End of London.
If you’ve missed our previous instalments, or even if you’d like to watch them again, then here they are.
Part One – Introduction To The Case
Part Two – The Early Whitechapel Murders And The Murder of Polly NIchols
Part Three – An Introduction To The Police Officers
Part Four – The People of the East End
Part Five – The Murder of Annie Chapman
Over the next few weeks we’ll be adding more instalments to built a comprehensive picture of the major events of the autumn of 1888.
Our next instalment will go live next week and will take a look at the police hunt for the criminal responsible for the killings.
On 30th September we’ll release the next part that will look at the night of the double murder when Catherine Eddowes and Elizabeth Stride were murdered within an hour of Each other.
So be sure to check back regularly as we’ll, by November this year, have put together a comprehensive on line documnetary that will tell the real story of the Jack the Ripper murders.
