It’s the start of a new month and so it is the time for another of our Jack the Ripper quizzes. Are those synapses tingling? Are they ready to bounce off one another – or whatever it is that those synapses actually do with one another – as you go head to head with our fiendish Whitechapel murders quiz master.
If so, we’ve got a zinger of a challenge for you this month.
THE JULY 2021 QUIZ
To get started, imply click on the image below and this will launch the quiz. Remember, we’d love to know your score, so please be sure to share it with us on our Facebook page.
HOW IT WORKS
The quiz consists of ten questions about the Jack the Ripper crimes and the Whitechapel murders. Each question requires you to choose the correct answer from a list that will either be multi-choice or true or false.
In other words, you will have the correct answer before you, but it is up to you to decide which one it is.
TAKE YOUR TIME, DON’T HURRY
Just like any challenge of this nature the important thig is to take your time and think about the question to ensure that you answer the correct question. There is a tendency today to just quickly scan the question and answer what you believe it to be, whereas the question might not be “what you believe it to be!”
The number of times people have commented to us “I can’t believe I got that wrong, I actually knew the answer.” Sadly, in a quiz of this nature there are no second chances!
TRY,TRY AND TRY AGAIN
Actually, we are not that harsh here at the Department of Ripperology, and there are second, third and fourth chances. In short, you can have as many attempts as you want at getting the score that you are happy with and proud of.
Also, there really is no rush. We don’t put a time limit on the quiz so you will never be timed out. You can mull each question over for as long as you wish before you attempt your answer.
How decent is that?
SHARE YOUR SCORE WITH US
We always like to know how participants actually do in our quizzes. So, once you have completed the quiz, please consider sharing your score with us on our Facebook page.
If you choose not to, well, that is fine – nobody other than you will get to see your score, as we do not share any information about those who take our Jack the Ripper quizzes.
OFF YOU GO
So, that’s it really. When you are ready, click on the “Quiz” image above and start answering the questions.
Best of luck, we’re rooting for you!
